Shipping policy

US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We provide FREE US shipping for subscription orders and on all orders over $50, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. 

Free shipping offer applies to Economy Standard shipping only.

Orders are shipped from Monday through Friday (except holidays), within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed from Friday-Sunday will ship the following week.

Standard Shipping Time: 5-8 business days.

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We proudly ship worldwide. Please review the details below before placing your order. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination address. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Please note that international shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance. If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties/taxes or incorrect address, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

We kindly request customers placing international orders outside the United States to please note that they are responsible for any applicable duties and tariffs imposed by their respective countries. We understand that this additional financial responsibility may arise upon the package's arrival at customs, beyond the delivery stage. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth and hassle-free delivery process. Cancellation

You can cancel your order before your order is dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at info@hairrestorelabs.com.

Upon successful cancellation, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for your purchase. Please note that refunds may take 10-15 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

 

Delivery Address Change

We will make every effort to assist with changing your delivery address before your order is dispatched. However, we cannot guarantee a 100% success rate for address modifications.

Please note, any additional shipping costs resulting from an address change may be the customer's responsibility.
